Burn Fat In Just 12 Minutes!
This morning I was debating whether to take the day off from working out or go down and put in a good hard workout. Honestly, the reason I was debating so much was because I have the day off and on any normal day, its not even a debate, I just workout. But then it occurred to me, why not just go down, do a great kettlebell circuit workout and get my strength and cardio all done at once! So thats just what I did..and I decided to video it for you, to show you just how effective even a 12 minute workout can be!
I warmed up with some swings and pushups and then went to work…
