Blast From The Past
First I need to apologize for my lack of blogging this week, as its has been a crazy week! My back was in bad shape. Had 3 trips to the chiropractor and I finally feel about 90% better. I decided I will start slow and so some things, as it seems to help my back more than just doing nothing. That along with taking part in a Job Fair, telling teens how much fun I love my job as a personal trainer, and working on my boot camp website, it has been a long, LONG week.
So, I thought I would take you on a trip back to some of my favorite post over the past couple years, that have probably gotten lost and hardly ever read! So here goes:
First one, is one I thought of because I use this fitness tool on a daily basis and you should too! It has really helped my body with recovery time and my flexibility has improved tremendously! If you don’t have a foam roller..you really need to get one!! Here’s why!
