  5. @ Sagan ~ Yes similar to a burpee, but I think a lot less intense…but thats just my thoughts.

    @FBG~ Yes, the jump is a good twist to it!

    @DR~ Maybe Im a little crazy, but if it gets results! ;0)

    @Mercola ~ If you engage your abs during the exercise, there is really no strain on your back at all.
