“Almost 16 inches lost in 2 months!”

I just have to brag a little for my client. She has lost almost 16 inches since we started her training back in July! She came to me needing the motivation to workout and lose some “serious weight,” as she put it. We started out doing 3 workouts per week and then went down to 2 workouts, with extra added homework…yes I give my clients homework. If they are only seeing me 2x per week, they need to be working out at least 4 more times per week.

I have recently made her workouts much harder and she has really put in an effort to change her eating habits. Thats always the hardest part of my job is trying to get clients to eat correctly. I can give them tips and show them the way, but it has to be all THEIR doing. I have no control over what they are putting in their mouths. Her fats were too high and her protein was way too low, so I put together a couple meal plans for her and told her where her ratios needed to be. She enters her meals in Sparkspeople.com so that I can view them and she has been doing awesome! She is very motivated when she’s with me and she is always pushing herself and I absolutely LOVE training people like that!
